HOW SUDOKU HELPS REDUCE STRESS
Stress relief has become a very important activity in today's fast paced life.In this society most of the human beings remain engaged for accomplishment of work deadlines , for meeting financial responsibilities and to comply with family commitments They work like machines and they constantly answer or work as per digital notifications.As a result after such a hectic schedule people get stressed which results in health related issues.So in order to get relief of stress a healthy way of relaxation is essential to maintain emotional and mental balance .
One of the most healthy way to reduce stress is Sudoku Logic puzzle .Sudoku is just not a game but a powerful form of brain training that helps reduce stress , improve focus , and create a sense of calmness.
But the question arise that why Sudoku is considered an effective stress releif activity.

Let me provide you a practical example which supports that Sudoku relieves stress . Rajiv a 37 years old IT professional is always engaged in meeting , emails , deadlines , phonecalls and always return home exhausted After returning home Rajiv always instead of relaxing kept on thinking about his pending work which is to be completed the next day . As a result at home also he did not relax and his health deteiorated after some time. Then he started playing Sudoku instead of watching television or checking social accounts.While playing he forgot about his pending work and he started thinking logically about the missing number and its position in sudoku puzzle..For 20 minutes he tried to solve the puzzle .During this time he stopped worrying about deadlines .After completion of puzzle he gained a self accompishment feeling which reduced stress and cleared his mind from all anxiety's of office life.
